How do I know if I’m stretching correctly? Jelqing you can tell because you can feel blood rushing to the glans like marbles. But stretching I don’t know what I’m supposed to feel that indicates I’m doing it right. Any experts able to help?

Don’t make it complicated because it’s not. It’s a simple thing. Stretch like you would stretch any part of your body, like loosening up before running.
