Skin sensitivity

I haven’t pe’ed in a while but yet the skin along my shaft does not seem sensitive anymore. I can still get erections but the skin just feels weird and not sensitive. I warmed up for a while in a hot bath. Could the hot water have done this to my skin on the penis?? Thats basically all I did back when I was pe’ing and my routine was very light. Nerve damage?? Is this all in my head? Any suggestions guys?
