Skin streched-- What are the supplements?

Yo guys my skin is a little stretched from PE. Is there any supplement that will return some elasticiy and more of the velvet feel that you guys describe.

Also is it just me or do some of you guys feel a lot of loose skin when your flaccid? It feels like the shaft is not even really attached to the shaft and I can move the flaccid corpora cavernosa around in there.
