Hey, I am doing 10 mins of manual stretches, and 5 mins of v stretches. As length exercises.

While I am doing the stretches after 5-6 mins. The place where I hold my penis, just behind the head(glans) starts to hurt.

I am using gloves to strengthen the grip, I might be holding it too tightly but if I am not holding it tightly, I do not get a full stretch.

What are some recommendations?

And the soreness doesn’t continue to the next day, I heat my penis and with some massaging, the soreness starts to fade away and disappear the next day or in couple of hours.

Is the pain in a specific section (top, bottom, left, etc.) or all around it, or varies? Are you cut or uncut? The bottom is where the frenulum is located which connects to the foreskin and is known to be very sensitive.

Hey, thanks a lot for the reply.

I am cut. While doing the stretches, only the part I am holding my penis hurts, just behind the shaft. I do not think it’s about frenulum.

The soreness that continues after the stretches is an overall soreness. But It is gone now, about after 1.30-2 hours. I will apply heat again now to help it get better. I think I am applying too much force to get a good grip, even though I use latex gloves for it.

sinmeido123 - This is easy to fix. Instead of wearing the latex on your hand, wear it on your penis. When I start to feel sore, I wear a condom:
