Slight pain while stretching on the part I hold my penis
Hey, I am doing 10 mins of manual stretches, and 5 mins of v stretches. As length exercises.
While I am doing the stretches after 5-6 mins. The place where I hold my penis, just behind the head(glans) starts to hurt.
I am using gloves to strengthen the grip, I might be holding it too tightly but if I am not holding it tightly, I do not get a full stretch.
What are some recommendations?
And the soreness doesn’t continue to the next day, I heat my penis and with some massaging, the soreness starts to fade away and disappear the next day or in couple of hours.
