Ok good. I jelqed some years ago for about a month. I was doing 30-35 minutes per day and about 15 minutes of stretching. I was gaining pretty good. Now, I’m PEing again, and I’m jelqing like 90 min per day and stretching 70 min per day. I know these amounts are a lot but by PIs are excellent so I figured it can’t be overtraining and maybe it’s taking a while to kick in. But I do think I should make some adjustment because I didn’t see any material gains last month. Well, my I think girth may have increased and my flaccid feels heavier. But, I really want length.
For example, yesterday, I jelqed in the morning (6am), then stretched throughout the day. Then had sex around 9pm and my penis was rock hard still and and today I woke up with a rock hard erection.
My first adjustment I think is to go to a 2 on / 1 off schedule but keep the volume.
