Dang it guys.
Here I am again. A routine I’ve done for 2 weeks doesn’t seems to have an effect on my dick. It looked smaller today than usual. I think I’ve conceded teh fact that I’m a hard gainer. Why should I even go on. I haven’t gained in like 4-5 months, anything. I’m afraid to even measure. It looks like it’s getting smaller.
I have 2 choices.
1. Take an off day tomorrow.
2. Force myself to work even harder than before.
I feel like stopping, It’s been months and I haven’t seen a gain.
Maybe I’ll switch to clamping or hanging, or maybe I’ll just stop all together.
I accidentally came trying to do light dry jelqs, and it seems like this is putting me behind.
Damn it, I wish this would work for me like everyone else.
Currently my routine is 25 minutes or stretching, every morning, straight out pulls, BTW stretch, kind of doing the splits and stretching, straight up, V stretches, a stretches, OTL stretches. Nothing seems to be working.
I’m doing 4-5 days on 1 day off.
Looks like I’ll have to move to clamping or stretching.
I’m open to any advice.
I’m not going to quit because this has worked for so many people.
Could stress have something to do with this, I have been having trouble with some people lately, or maybe it’s my upset stomach. When I had to shit it seems so cut the blood flow off to my penis temporarily, anyone else experience this? Should I PE before or after I eliminate my waste of it cuts off the blood in the morning? Currently I PE as soon as I wake up in the morning
I just want to see a .1 gain, and I’ll keep going. But I’m scared to measure because it looks smaller than before. :( . I’m going to measure the beginning of may. If I haven’t gained by then I gotta stop.
