So. I need opinions.
I never really stuck to the newbie routine. I have been lurking for awhile and have been PEing for about a month and a half. I’ve been only jelqing for 10 minutes and doing some exercises I’ve picked up since becoming a member. I’m solely concentrating on girth but I haven’t noticed any gains at all. Maybe a longer flaccid and a little bit thicker but I feel like I’ve already stopped gaining if even started. I want to know if I should give up PEing for a couple of weeks and take a little decondition break then follow the newbie regimen, or should I start clamping or something at a very low level like maybe 1st day:
5 min. Warm-up wash cloth
10 min. Dry jelq
5-10 min. Girth exercises (ulistretch routine #3)
5 min. Warm-down wash cloth
Day 2:
5 min. Warm-up wash cloth
5 min. Clamp
5 min. Dry jelq
5-10 min. Girth exercises (ulistretch routine #3)
5 min warm-down wash cloth
Day 3 rest and repeat
As of right now this is my routine:
Day 1 AM
5 min. Warm-up
10 min dry jelq
5-10 girth exercises (ulistretch routine #3)
5 min warm-down
Day 1 PM:Same as AM
Day 2: All same as day 1
Day 3:rest
So I need some help. Please help me tweak my routine to make it balanced. Thank you.
