Finding the “routine that works for you”..

So it’s not the consultancy that is giving me problems.HOW do I find the routine that works for me? Trial and error? (I hope not)

The penis is one of the smallest appendages on the body and just about any exercise will affect the entire structure. There are only two activities, generally speaking, that posit growth: 1) Jelq, and 2) Stretch/Hang. Due to the popularity of PE there have been many variations played on these two activities, your job is to find the activities that make sense and make your penis big. You will find in your quest for growth that some activities will have more pleasurable results for your senses I.e. Feel, sight, sensations of pleasure, overall body influences/changes etc. After a month of experimentation you will “dial-in,” the ones that you feel work for you. Good luck, Buddha.

Alright, well, it’s been about a month, I and I don’t feel “dialed in”, and all I have gotten to show for it is soft erections.and a slightly meatier feel?

Shilow, you’re a smart guy. But I’ve got to disagree. Granted, most people jelq and/or stretch. However, these exercises are not by any means the only two that generally “posit growth.” You’re forgetting about some of the most effective girth work-outs — o-bends, clamping, etc.

It’s true that people tailor their routines to what suits them best. Some people stick to the conventional methods, some take a more aberrant approach. Some guys prefer giving their unit a real beating then letting it rest, whereas some guys prefer to exercise lightly all of the time. And so on.

Also, people come up with their own exercises. Mr Orange and myself both innovated exercises that gave us each considerable gains. I’ve adopted his exercises as well. Hence, this is a collective community. The information is available. It’s up to you whether or not to employ another’s idea. Though, like anything in life, you’ve got to be practical, listen to your body, and weigh the risks.

The best advice to give a newbie is to take it easy. Go for the conventional PE style until your penis is conditioned. Even then, nobody will give you a hard time for being safe. But if you’ve got a compelling urge to do things differently, by all means it is your penis and you have that God-given right.

Soft erections? I’d say yo were over doing it then.

My erections have gotten 10 times stronger - and they were strong to start with!

I also think you might be overdoing things a little if you happen to get soft erections. You might want to lower your intensity for while and then gradually increase it.

Regarding the routine I guess I have to disappoint you: It is everyone’s process of trial and error.

Regarding the ways you can gain is by engorging your unit to gain girth and stretching it for length. All exercises address one or both levers, and therefore represent alternative methods for achieving those goals. To figure out your personal routine try some exercises and you will see that one might work better than others to achieve max. engorgement or max. stretch. Regarding number of reps or time, intensity, etc. you need to find out what you and your penis can take. This is dependent on the time you can devote to PE, your penis’ physical reaction to exercises, just to name a few. This unfortunately, nobody can tell you besides yourself.

Be patient, it took me personally 2.5 month to figure out a routine that I was comfortable with physically and which is also fun so that I’m sure I will not loose motivation of doing PE.

It would help us help you if we knew what you were doing as a routine. Yes PE is trail and error. There’s really no way around that. There are, however, a few exercises that have been proven over time (such as stretching and jelqing), and that is what we recommend starting with. So, although we say you have to try for yourself, we do give a good starting point (the newbie routine) so there is some structure to your “trials”.

Let us know what kind of routine you are doing and maybe we can give you some insights.

I am getting mah edumacation hurr in Tejas..

What I’m doing, now is 3 days on 1 off 2 days on 1 off (5 days a week basically) of heat wraps and basic jelqing, I tried some “erect” bends the other day and I’m pretty sure thats where I overdid it. I tried them after I had watched the video.I know I know, stupid me..

So I’m just gonna stick to a basic newbie routine, as I am already enjoying the increased rigidity of my erections.I hot wrap, I did about 100 jelqs yesterday.prolly gonna try for 150 today at 15 sets of 10 jelqs w/ light squeezes between those, then give my peepee a break, and see how that goes.

Edit * I am also kegeling as often as possible/whenever I think about it.

Sounds like a great plan! Keep us informed how it goes, and let us know if you need any help. Routine sounds like a good one. It’s easy to try to do more than you should, isn’t it? We’ve all been there.

Yeah, I think it’s easy to get ahead of yourself, I have been doing this solidly for ~ 2.5 weeks now, and I’ve noticed my erections are a lot stiffer.and my member seems more “meaty” thus far.thats about it.I would really like to incorporate pumping in the next few months over summer since I’ll have a lot more time.but I’m crossing my fingers.
