Some beginner questions

So I , 6.6 BEL x 4.7 MSEG am looking to gain around 0.5 inches of girth in one year(I’m fine with my length). I’ve been on off the beginner routine for a longer and have been squeezing without warmup or any extras for a month with no progress lately.
Should I start the beginner routine again? What should I change up? I have enough time on my hands now for a year, so what routine is best to target 0.5 inches of girth ?
