Some Complicated Questions coming from a Beginner to PE
Dear Community of Thunder’s Place,
For the past two years I’ve known of this site, examined the plethora of information on here, and now for the first time in my life I’m interested in becoming truly dedicated to improving the health of my unit. I’m going to be honest here, maybe I’m being insecure or otherwise (not trying to get too personal here but as men you’ll see my concern), I had an argument with my ex because she was bragging about getting banged out by another dude. This guy was apparently uncut and she said something along the lines of “feeling the difference” between us because he was uncut whereas I am cut. Long-story short this made me feel like absolute sh*t for a little bit but instead of bringing me down has made me quite motivated. I have a few questions on a few different topics that should probably be in a different forum, but as a beginner I was only able to post here. I’ll list them as bullet points to make them somewhat easier to address:
1.) I’ve recently began a variant of the “Newbie Routine” where I’m basically warming-up for 5-10 minutes with warm water, performing manual stretches, and then performing Jelqs, followed by a warm-down of another 5-10 minutes. I’ve been starting with manual stretches in each direction, and then a sort of “rotary” stretch that goes counter-clockwise and then clockwise. I do 30 seconds of each stretch,. And then have been beginning with 50 Jelqs using Canola Oil as a lubricant. Does this sound like a decent cycle so far? How would you recommend I increase repetitions and such over time? Is two days rest between workouts too much, too little? Any feedback on this as I begin a routine is greatly appreciated as the main takeaways I’ve learned are that Heat is Key, to be careful of Over-training, as well as to “listen to your body” sort of say.
2.) This one is probably a little more controversial. This sh*t my Ex had said had me quite bothered I’m going to be honest, I never thought twice about being circumcised in my life until I heard this and then I got lost in google with the various processes of “Foreskin Restoration”, has anyone here had personal experience with this process through strictly manual means? Is this actually possible? Would it restore a degree of feeling I otherwise would not have? Would it make my glans healthier? And the three most important questions I have regarding this, can a Foreskin Restoration routine affect potential gains from Penis Enlargement Exercises negatively? If this would be beneficial could anyone recommend a manual routine or point me in a direction appropriate for a beginner, and also would it help if I provided an image of my unit to kind of develop a game-plan as what stretching would work and how severe my circumcision was? And also probably most importantly, am I simply over-reacting to what she had said, was she just being an a**hole? I mean I want to be the best man I can be and I want to know if it would be worth allocating time to this alongside traditional PE. Under no circumstance would I want to compromise actual gains in length and girth for getting back some skin, but if I can do both - I’m willing to commit fully to both routines.
3.) Has anyone had significant experiences with pumping? If so would you recommend a pump as a beginner and would it assist in gains alongside a consistent manual routine?
I’d also like to give a thanks to all you guys on here, as someone who is an avid believer in self-improvement - I truly believe anything is possible when one dedicates the time and willpower, whether that is making one’s unit as big as it can be or anything else in life. Thank you for giving life to such a vibrant and informative community of people.
If it helps at all, especially in regards to helping me select a pump - my measurements currently are 6.5” BPEL and 5” Girth, my long-term goal is 7.6” by 6”.
Any information at all, any routines you can recommend alongside the Newbie Routine in achieving my goals would be extremely appreciated. If I could look back 4,5,6 even 7 years from now and say “Hey, because I put the time in then I got this back and more now” I’d be ecstatic, and I’m willing to do what it takes to get there - just looking for a bit guidance to help me on my path.
Sincerely,
BiggaBigga
