Sore from PE, normal?

Sore from PE, normal?

I have been doing PE for about a month now and every now and then I get soar at base/pubic area. The best way I can say where it is is around the obturator vein or the external pubic vein. Not saying it is them but is in that area. I have been jelqing and stretching and it always seems to be a little soar on that right side but not to the point where it hurts just soar / discomforting. Is this normal or bad?

The word is sore. Soaring = flying.

Slight soreness is not unusual or necessarily a bad thing, but you should not be in too much dscomfort.

Are you warming up/warming down? How many jelqs/stretches are you doing? Are you jelqing erect?

I do warm up and down for about 5min on each. I jelg around 70% erect. Stretching is down randomly during day for abut 2 to 3 minutes at a time so I don’t thing that would be doing it?

When I jelg I can feel it pulling that area on the right side at the base where my triangular light or bulb area (not sure on anatomy, but in that area) and it only seems to be on the right side. I am not sure it I am pulling a vein or if it is the ligs that are sore. The fact that it is only on one side has me curious.

P.S. Thanks on the spell check, I missed that.

Down = done

I wanted to add that if feels like it might be connected to my right testicle, I also feel it when I work my PC muscle. When I do Kegels it seems to stimulate that area that is sore.

You should stretch after you warm up not randomly throughout the day. Also try warming up longer.

Sore is generally OK, but pain is bad. Also pay attention to your PI’s and EQ.

Recognize.

Question, I thought the warm up was more for the tissue and the penis it’s self other than that it doesn’t do much? I can see that stretching might help but finding the time has been my biggest hurdle.

I don’t understand your question. You state that the warm up is for the penis and tissues therein. That’s correct. It increases circulation and softens the tissues to increase flexibility & elasticity, thereby reducing risk of damage or injury. So what is the question?

I guess Largworker is asking if warm up does contribute to gains, or it’s just a safety measure. If that was the question, the answer is: no direct contribution has been proven yet, but lots of discussion around the subject.

Thanks for the reply’s! I think I pulled a suspensory ligament, from what I have read the discomfort and location sounds dead on. What I don’t know is how long does it take for a ligament to heal? And I am guessing till it does you should not do anything?
