Do you think you would overtrained if you extend that to 40 or 50 min? How do you feel about fatigue and stretching sensation?


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

WOW no, do not do this man . If you are a newbie then first do the newbie routine for two months then come back to this ok . Newbie routine is done to condition your penis to handle advance exercises, if you jump at advance stuff right off the bat then you are going to injure yourself.

When you are doing your stretches, what kind of force are you using when you are pulling?

How do you perform the JAI, A and V stretch? You said 3 minutes on the v stretch. Do you hold it for 3 minutes or how do you do each stretching exercise?

I’m doing the linear newbie routine. Is this much different from the newbie routine?

I honestly cant answer that question i dont really know how much force i applied i haven’t calculated XD. I use force which is enough to get a good pull out of it.

For V-A stretches i switch hands every 30 sec.

This is totally different that the newbie routine please do not do this routine if your a newbie.
