Squeamish During Stretches
I don’t think I’m applying enough force in my stretches, but I’m already getting some skin discomfort with what I’m doing. I’m in day three, and I have no ligament soreness. I do feel some slight tissue soreness in the shaft, but nothing from the ligs. How hard can/should I pull for stretches? Also, did I read correctly in one of the posts that I should hold a kegel while stretching?
I hope this does not require too much repetition. If there is a link with this info, please provide.
