Staggered 3/1 between PM & Newbie R.
Would taking one complete day off be best, or would staggering my ads with the PM and the newbie r. be best? Or rather, would it be more beneficial to have a complete day off? I was going to wear the PM everyday, but felt I should take a rest lest I injure myself.
Right now, I’m doing 3/1, newbie r. slightly modified (10 more minutes of stretching and splitting the jelq portion between power j.’s and regular ones). I wore my PM for 3 days straight, from 4 to 6 hours. I feel fine, no discoloration, and no irregularities during sex or masturbation. I’m in the middle of my 3rd week of PE.
On a side note, I’m very happy with my PM despite it being delayed. It’s more comfortable than I thought, though it doesn’t stretch the ligs as well as my homemade ADS did. I suspect (though I haven’t measured for progress yet) that the majority of gains from the PM will be flaccid. There’s no one way to tell since I’m doing an ADS and manual stretching at the same time though.
