Newbie finally started

Hi all,

So I finally started my PE routine. Now in my second week and wanting to stick to it. Its allot of work and taking allot of effort.
Hope to find some buddy’s here because I think it can help me go on.

Any suggestions?

Should there be any downtime between finishing stretching, and starting jelqing?

I have been unable to find much on this topic; can we go right from stretching into jelqing, should we do another hot wrap in-between, or space it out a few hours?

I have also seen posts recommending jelqing before stretching and I am starting to get slightly overwhelmed with all this information.! Thank you!

With the newbie routine, you are only doing 5 minutes of stretching. Hopefully at the end of it you will feel good elasticity still and be able to go directly into the jelqing. Stretching, in the newbie routine, is in itself a bit of a warm up for jelqing.

If you find it hard to get an erection, immediately after the stretching, add a pause and potentially another warm wrap. If you feel cold and inelastic after the stretching, add a warm wrap. Generally heat will help you guard against injury and add elasticity. This is all good.

Once you progress beyond the newbie routine (I note your join date), add a warm wrap when appropriate, maybe even in between sets of stretches or while stretching.

Some people jelq before stretching and this isn’t a bad thing at all. You may find that adding a stretch to the end of a jelq stroke works or stretching a few times between every few strokes works.

It’s not so much confusing as you have multiple options and they will or won’t work for you. I’d encourage you to experiment and find a routine that fits you. Mix and match other people’s ideas and add your own.

Sadly my join date is not indicative of my progress, I have finally reached a point where I can actually be as consistent as PE requires.

I am curious to if I should feel anything during the stretching phase of the routine. I follow the instructions of the stretching video/photos to a t. I feel it after the fact but not during.

Girth: 4.5" (not sure if I measured this right)
