Ok, thanks! I will give this a go today and see how it goes.

I do wet jelqing in the shower, using the water. Should I complement this with some lube? So far using the water has been great, compared to dry jelqing.

Mineral oil are great lubricant, commonly used around here.

An actually lubricant will make the sliding more smooth in comparison to plain water. Be aware to not jelq over your glans, to not stroke faster than 3 seconds and to not jelq completely flaccid or fully erect.

Avoid any kind of soap or shampoo. They will dry your skin and bring a massive irritation.

I use water based lube for jelqing. Just make sure it’s like real sex lube and not like moisturizer or definitely not vaseline. You can get a UTI if things like vaseline get into your urethra. Maybe grab some name brand lube like KY Jelly, it’s worked for me.

Hi Lenny, I’ve just tried both OK-grip and the overhand grip with palm down. When I try to start a new jelq as the previous is about to finish there is just alot of skin (both shaft and ball-sack) that went with the previous stroke and it doesn’t allow me to get a good next grip with my other hand.. I’m not sure how I can do this properly, maybe I have too much excess skin when semi errect.? Is there any experienced “jelquer” I can get in touch with personally (through email or whatsapp or whatever) that can help me / show me?

So from what I understand it is both important to maintain the stretch and reapply pressure as I jelq, which I cannot do correctly since I cannot get a new grip when I’m still busy finishing the last stroke/grip.

Try the u-grip to avoid the turkey neck. This way you will be applying force on the sides of the penis without the excess of skin bothering you.

But the you grip is for girth only (or so I have read). I’m mainly focusing on length.

If your erection levels are correct, you can make length gain with this grip. Keep your erection level on the lower side, 40% tops.

La Pump

I RECENTLY PURCHASED MY LA PUMP.. I MEASURED ABOUT 10-15 TIMES AND CAME UP IN THE 7/-7 1/2 inch range which equates to the 2 1/2 inch diameter.. I used it for the first time today after a warm-up and shave.. I had no seal.. Can some one please give guidance on what to do next? Did I get a chamber to big or am I doing something wrong.

Hello guys old member here . I wasn’t doing PE the last year at all and I lost some gains . I am currectly 6.8 inches BPEL . I was doing PE with an extender for about 2 years(dedicated work , gained close to 1 inch in legnth). I never done any manual work so I will start the newbie rootine even thought I already used the extender for quite a while . We’ll see how it goes. Random guestion. Does anybody know if the extender targets the tunica or the ligaments?

Thanks for sharing this routine! I have been doing something similar to this for quite some time, but I have never been very consistent. That being said, how long do you think I should do the newbie routine regularly before trying more advanced methods? I’m not trying to gain too much size from what I already have, but I want to get there safely. Given the information below, is it even possible to reach my goals using only the newbie routine?

I don’t see how this is possible with dry jelqs anyway. I’ve only ever been able to dry jelq one hand at a time.
