I find it hard to do slow jelqs, I mean I’m trying to do it slowly, but it just won’t work that well.
What won’t ‘work that well’? Do you mean you get bored or physically can’t go that slowly?
I know that when I started, my jelqs were about 1 - 1.5 seconds in duration - way too fast! Now that my penis and I have a more intimate relationship we have come to a mutual understanding: I use a little baby oil and I start by jelqing for 3-4 minutes with fairly rapid strokes to warm-up. Then I move on to 5 minutes worth with 4 - 5 second jelqs with an 80% erection, before going onto stretching or clamping.
I use the PI’s as my guide at all times for the number of sessions and days on and off PE.
Currently I have the impression that I own an industrial strength penis! I PE monday to Friday with weekends off. I have gradually built up my routines keeping a close eye on my PI. I commit to two 3/4 hour sessions (jelqing and clamping) a day and stretch whenever I can (for 10 minutes when I wake up and 10 minutes as I fall to sleep).
At the moment all my PI’s are in the green - in fact my erections are now more frequent and much stronger than before. Any red stops I get clear up within a few hours.
I take a good multivit every day along with Omega oils, condroitin and glucosamine, vit C and a Vit b complex. I work out 3-4 times a day too.
