Starting Again - How to Focus on Girth
Hey guys,
I’m starting PE again after trying the newbie routine a couple times and falling off the wagon. Things are different now, and I plan to stick with it, but I want to make sure I’m approaching it correctly. I think I have the basics down, but I’d appreciate some advice related to my situation.
Measurements:
BPEL: 6.5”
MidEG: 4.75”
BaseEG: 4.5”
As you can see, I am a bit thin, with a mild baseball bat shape. My primary goal is to increase girth, even more so around the base. I want to gain some length as well, so I’d say my long term goal is something like, 7.5”x5.5”. Not sure if that’s realistic, but it’s what I’m starting towards.
I want to make sure before I begin, that I won’t be making my baseball bat shape worse. When starting each jelq, it feels like I’m not trapping a lot of blood in the base, compared to mid-shaft and higher, so I worry that my natural jelqing technique will cause things to get even more out of proportion. I have a bit of turkey neck as well, which seems to interfere a bit on my lower shaft.
My two main questions are:
1. Should I incorporate an extra exercise from the start to help my base girth gains, or just see where the newbie routine gets me after 6 weeks or so?
2. If just using the newbie routine, how can I optimize my jelqing to focus on, or at least not overlook, base girth?
