Starting it up again

Starting the newbie routine. I have been away from PE for the last 2 years or so. I started in 2003 at 5.75” EL x 5” EG. In 3 years time I had gained to 6.75 EL x 5.5 EG and then cemented at 6.5 EL after a long break. I started up again for a few months and ended up with 7 EL x 5.5 EG. It is difficult to find time these days as I am married.

This time around I hope to go for another few months and push into the 7.5” range. It seems I have had the most success when just sticking with the jelqs. Feels good to be perusing these forums again after being away for awhile. Good stories and helpful people.

Just wondering: It took you three years to gain an inch. Then you take a break come back and poof there’s another .5” in 3 months.

Am I reading that right? What the fuck did you do in those three months?

I wouldn’t say it took me 3 years to gain an inch. That 3 years was spent PEing for 3 months at a time here and there. Sometimes just a couple of weeks. All in all I would say I spent 50% of that 3 years in “PE session”. The remainder I wasn’t doing anything.

Second, that one inch probably came near the beginning and then my gains slowed down.

Third, I think part of that 0.5” gain in 3 months was due to the fact that I had already achieved a 6.75” length at one point. That primary 0.25” came back pretty quick.

I have primarily stuck with the newbie routine. Doing at most 200 - 220 jelqs. My penis can’t take much more than that. As I got deeper into my 3 month stretches I would look into doing holds and squeezes and such. Never saw much improvement for those.

As it is, this time around, I will probably try jelqing/stretching and some LIGHT squeezing for the next 3 months and see where it goes. I’m hoping for 1/4 to 1/2 an inch.

That what be bp (bone-pressed). So is the 5.75” measurement though. That is the only way I have been able to measure consistently. I’m a pretty thin dude, but the fat pad grows and shrinks and causes problems with nbp (non bone-pressed) measurements. I stay away from those.

Thanks everyone to the warm welcomes. I was never really that active in the community to begin with and just did a lot of lurking. Feels good to be back and I’m hoping to contribute more than I have in the past.
