Starting my adventure

Starting my adventure

Hey guys, first post. I’m starting my PE adventure soon and am in need of some serious knowledge about, well, everything. I peeked around on the site for a few days and I’m quite impressed with some other guys’ stories. I’ll start off with an ‘about me bit.’ I’m 21 and go to university. I think I’m around 5”, maybe 5.25”. I’m wanting to get to 6.5” in a couple of years and boost my sexdrive and EQ. I go soft quite easily and am looking for some help on this issue.

I have a few intro questions that I would like to ask as well.

As a beginner and someone who doesn’t have a lot of time on their hands (or money), what are some things I should try first? Hanging, Pumps, Devices etc.

I’ve been looking at purchasing the X4 Extender starter edition. Has anyone used or does use this device. I would like to here any reviews on it.

VigRX? Good or bad? As I said I’m having some EQ problems and wondering if this is the sort of thing that will help me out.

Thanks gentlemen.

Save your money. Do the newbie routine for three or four months and stay away from any devices. You don’t need them now and maybe never will but an ADS might help later if you plateau. Even is you have to stealth PE if your in a dorm or sharing space, the newbie routine is the only place to start.

The newbie routine should also help your EQ. Kegels help here too.

Your goal seems reasonable providing you stay on track.

One more piece of advice… If you peeked around the site, spend some more time. Devote an hour a day to read threads, understand the current discussions and understand the proven methods. Learn why the LOT theory was thrown out. Understand the difference between a BTC stretch and a fowfer. A larger general knowledge will help a lot!

Good luck and stay safe.

Hi there, as a newbie myself (well, been PEing for about three weeks now), I was interested in your comment about the LOT theory having been thrown out? I don’t fully understand what LOT is or even how it’s measured (if indeed it is) but I gather it’s something to do with the ligament pull back when you do stretches, is that correct? Now, can you explain what you mean when you say the “theory” has been thrown out? I do a lot of pulls myself and had been doing them for some months before I started PE properly with jelqing etc. I went from 5 3/4” to 6 1/4” within that time just from pulling so I am interested in anything to do with it and this mysterious LOT theory.

Thanks and hope you can get back to me.

Robert

Welcome to the forum kjamesuvic,

1) Read, Read, Read

2) Forget LOT

3) Newbie routine

4) Keep reading

and you’re on your way!

Good luck!

LOT was a theory that you could tell how much you might be able to gain. The theory did not turn out to be true so just forget about it.

In a day or two I’ll post an entirely updated site. In it I thInk you might find some material of interest.

Can you point to the thread where the LOT theory was disproven? I tried search and came up with this
Bib’s LOT Theory Revisited
.Which raises as many questions as it attempts to answer.

9/10: BPEL 6.0" / MSEG 5.0" / BEG 5.5"

Now: BPEL 6.75" / MSEG 5.25"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" / MSEG 5.5" ||8===D~·.؁

Sirveks, at the bottom of a page you are interested in is a Similar Threads section with links. This may help you on your quest.

I found this one of interest when searching (we read and then have to remember where we read it). I think this is a pretty good discussion: LOT question

It is more of a matter I suppose that it was never proven- hence thrown out. It is interesting and even exciting but that doesn’t make it true.
