I bought a Hydromax7 last year and feel like I’m in a stand still in growth now. I started out at 5.5 BPEL and now I’ve been at 6 for the last six months. My routine was sit in a bath for 5 minutes then start pumping, that’s what the instructions said.4 or 5 sets of 5 min pumps. That was a mistake I’ve learned from here. That was my routine until the past month when I’ve decided to start doing heat wraps for 5 minutes and then start my bath water. The heat wrap is a must I’ve learned before and after if you don’t want your unit swelling. I’ve started incorporating 5min heat wrap, 4 sets of 5 minute BTC STRETCH followed by 2 sets of 10 pulls BC STRETCH .I’m just wondering if that’s too much. I did the same stretches before I pumped the other day and feel like I shouldn’t have done the BC STRETCH before I got ready to pump or I wouldn’t have had an orgasm 3mins into my pump. Any advice from people with BM experience? I was thinking I should’ve maybe just did a BTC stretch and left the BC stretch out? My goal BPEL IS 7.I would appreciate any words of wisdom and advice. Thank you. I just went to Harbor Freight and bought a vacuum gauge to hook up to an auto pump that I bought a while back. I’ve used it maybe twice and I don’t like how it didn’t have a gauge so its been put up until later today. I’m just gonna use the hand pump with the gauge. I’ve read guys on here saying that’s what they did so that’ll work correct?

Yes. You have to be able to measure what you’re doing. Repeatable results.

I’ve been thinking about putting the BM up and getting one with a gauge, So now that’s what I plan on doing for 3 months at least. The BM helped but I feel like its mainly just gonna give me girth now where at. I want my length and ill come. Back to girth. My goal is 7 BPEL. Any suggested stretches for Lenght Titleist?

I hold manual stretched any way I can. I don’t think angles matter.

Alright.Thank you. I did 2 sets of BTC STRETCHES of 4 minute holds and then,(3)5 min Pumps at 5Hg.Then 50 wet jelq.
