Starting PE With HYDROMAX7
I bought a Hydromax7 last year and feel like I’m in a stand still in growth now. I started out at 5.5 BPEL and now I’ve been at 6 for the last six months. My routine was sit in a bath for 5 minutes then start pumping, that’s what the instructions said.4 or 5 sets of 5 min pumps. That was a mistake I’ve learned from here. That was my routine until the past month when I’ve decided to start doing heat wraps for 5 minutes and then start my bath water. The heat wrap is a must I’ve learned before and after if you don’t want your unit swelling. I’ve started incorporating 5min heat wrap, 4 sets of 5 minute BTC STRETCH followed by 2 sets of 10 pulls BC STRETCH .I’m just wondering if that’s too much. I did the same stretches before I pumped the other day and feel like I shouldn’t have done the BC STRETCH before I got ready to pump or I wouldn’t have had an orgasm 3mins into my pump. Any advice from people with BM experience? I was thinking I should’ve maybe just did a BTC stretch and left the BC stretch out? My goal BPEL IS 7.I would appreciate any words of wisdom and advice.
