Hey!

Sadly, I haven’t really PE’d properly at all.. What I started doing was working a bit for one day and then taking a long break because I was “too lazy” to do it. :( I made a little bit of a gain, but I think that’s down to EQ as oppose to any actual gains. Hopefully I’ll be able to reach to my final goal of 7x6 (I figure that’s the typical goal for most anyway), but my current goal is: 6.5x5.5

I’m pretty underweight which is something I’d also like to change about myself but this isn’t really the place for that kind of improvement :P I gained 4kg since the start of this year but now I’m having trouble consuming enough food to increase that gain further.. Anyway, back to the topic at hand!

I’ll put up my current stats tomorrow morning when I measure before the workout. I’ll be following the newbie routine and fingers-crossed it’ll give good results. Buying PE equipment wouldn’t be ideal given my current living arrangements but that’s not something I’m going to worry about yet.

I don’t think I was planning on making very many posts on here but I need something concrete like this to keep me in check with the routine.

The forum is here to help men just like you,most guys new to PE if they stick with it long enough can gain close to 2 inches in EL.

Just do the Newbie Routine and you will gain,ask questions,and stay with it don’t think doing PE is a chore have fun with it and before you know you will have gained.

Everyone here will say that consistency is the key. As for your being underweight, I’d say that Thunders Place is a good place to talk about that, but maybe in a different section of the forum. I too wanted to put on some mass, and in the last five months I’ve gained 30 pounds (14 kilos) of muscle. I went from 155 pounds (70 kilos) to 185 pounds (84 kilos). If you’re like me then gaining weight isn’t easy. My advice is to search the internet (or use an inferior device called a book) and find a workout routine that works for you and follow it, never missing a single day. Buy protein powder that has a lot of calories and maybe some creatine if you don’t mind spending the money on it. And EAT! You’ll need to up your calorie intake a lot. Turn your gained mass into muscle so that it doesn’t disappear over night. And don’t forget cardio, cardio is excellent for your heart and therefore excellent for your penis. I find that the combination of a strict workout routine with a strict PE routine works well. It’s sort of a self improvement overload. I’m a newbie to PE too but I have seen erection quality improvements as well as small girth gains which are probably due to erection improvement.

Also, once I cement a girth of your size, I’m done!

Thanks for the support! And I’ve been following a workout routine that seems to be working (I’ve had to take a break from going to the gym to focus on exams). My main problem is the eating. It’s a problem because I have trouble eating fast which is something I need to do and I also need to keep increasing my food intake. I gained the 4kg quite quickly when I started eating more but I hit a plateau with how much more I could eat so now I’m kinda stuck. I was at the point where I’d try to eat more but feel sick just trying to keep the bite down. Now I’ve kinda cut back a little and I’ll try to work my way back to eating more..

So, I measured everything and my stats are:

NBPEL 15.0cm (5.9 in)
BPEL 16.1cm (6.3 in)
MSEG 12.8cm (5.0 in)
BEG 13.6cm (5.3 in)

For the workout:

Warm-up (hot water in the shower)
~10mins of stretching (up, down, left, right, circles for 20-30 seconds each)
~20mins of jelqing (I lose my erection quickly so not sure if I did that many during that time. Judging by some of the threads around here it seems like it’s because of so much visual stimulation I get from porn. Maybe I’ll watch something in the bathroom next time!)
For kegels I’ll just be doing them throughout the day.

I’ll be doing it as a 3 days on 1 day off for a bit and see how that works out.

Thanks! If it didn’t take any effort, I guess everyone would have a big dick!

Me included! No. Really it just took me years to learn that I could change the status quo! So when you get down or weak just post your thoughts and I’m sure someone will re-motivate you or pick you up. Now work that meat! :)

~20mins of jelqing. I guess I’ll be improving with my jelqing method as I continue but at the moment I don’t know if it’s adequate for making gains
Kegels through the day

Same as above for today, except jelqing was about 10minutes instead :(

Better to cut back a little and avoid injury or overworking! Sounds smart! :)

Took a rest day on Thursday, but was a bit ill on Friday and Saturday so never did my workout

Today I did:

Warm-up (hot water in the shower)
~10mins of stretching
~10mins of jelqing.

Warm-up (with a hot cloth, not in the shower this time)
10mins stretching
10mins jelqing

I’ve never really done a warm-down. I think I’ll have to start adding that to my routine.
Been at it for a week now! I think I’ll measure every two weeks. I don’t really expect any gains but increase in EQ could be visible

You have to listen to your body. Take care of it and then work your meat when you feel better. Good luck!
