Stetching Hurts The Head of My Dick

Hey all. I have been doing the newbie routine for about 3 weeks now. I am very meticulous to follow all the steps -IE pre and post warm wraps. The only issue I really have is with the stretches. I find that it is a little painful on the head of my penis. Now pain is relative, I know. It is not horrible pain, but is pretty uncomfortable during the last 15 seconds of my 30 second stretch. I also notice some discolored spots on the head of penis also (bruising?). As I understand it, some of the discoloration is to be expected. I don’t feel pain along the tunica or the ligaments just at the head. As a matter of fact I would be happy to stretch a little harder except for the head pain. I found using a piece of toilet tissue makes my hand slip less and also cushions the grip. But only helps a little. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bohnbyt

I am using the OK grip. However, it will not stop at my glans. It will just slide over, so I do tighten the grip just before the glans -probably a little onto the glans as well. I thought maybe the discomfort was pretty standard when stretching.

I have the same problem. Grabbing anywhere behind the glans on the tunica just results in the grip slipping. I don’t know how any of you guys can generate enough force to stretch without grabbing the glans directly. I start my OK grip basically right on the corneal(sp?) ridge. During the stretch it slips about halfway down the head, which I can tolerate, but it does cause some discolouration in the tip of the head. I’m even using surgical gloves to stretch. I wish it was possible for me to grab way back like some of the other guys, but it just slips no matter what as soon as I start pulling with any force.

Put some blood in the glans to improve grip, works excellent for me.

Hey I just tried this actually and it worked really well. I always squeezed the blood out because that’s what you do when you hang, so I thought it would be the same for stretching. But I tried with some blood in there and right away I could feel a much better pull on the ligaments.

What do you guys mean when you say “put some blood in the glans”? You mean obtain a partial erection or is it that you somehow pump it in there like jelqing? I want to try this but unsure what to do.

Don’t get an erection! You won’t be able to stretch too well(or safely). Just kinda milk the shaft up towards the head and get some blood in there. It might take a few seconds because you should be flaccid. Maybe doing a kegel or two might help as well. Think of it like squeezing the last bit of toothpaste out of the toothpaste thing.
