Hi there I’m 18 and I’ve been jelqing for about a month now. I have seen a half a inch gain in length ( however I don’t know the correct place to measure my penis). Anyway after about 7 10 second jelqs, I can feel my dick getting hard. So I stop and do something to take my mind of jelqing and wait for it to go back down (about 5 mins) When its flaccid I start again and repeat the method as so on. I do 25 jelqs a day and a gain a jelqing every week.

Main questions are:

Is this effecting my gains?
If so what should I do when I feel my dick getting erect?
Lastly, where is the correct place to measure my dick?

Look up BTB jelqs. Also kegels. Some members use one or both to reduce erection level for jelqing.

I’ve seen members mention using kegels to push blood in to increase the level of erection but I haven’t seen mention of using it to decrease the amount of blood, maybe reverse kegels?

If it’s effecting your gains it sounds like it’s in a good way if you’ve gained a half inch!

You’re doing the right thing, you should not be erect jelqing as a newbie. It would lead to injury

Learn the reverse kegel to bring erection level down. Lower jelq time from 7-10 seconds down to 3-5 seconds to increase jelq number also.


Starting 10/09/17: BPEL 7” & MSEG 4.75”

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG

This remmeber me when i was 17 (i’m 30 now). I tryed jelq and i was getting a erection just like you…ahahah than i started to pump. =)
