I have done a search, but haven’t quite found what I’m looking for. Unfortunately, time will keep me from doing a full stretch and jelq program for a while. Since I mainly need to straighten out a curvature and gain some length, I want to focus primarily on those aspects.

Since I plan to move only to stretching and maybe light jelqing, does anyone suggest or recommend a new, modified routine. I was thinking:

5 min hot wrap
Helicopters to loosen up
[stretch 45 sec to 1 min (straight, down, up, left, right, V-stetches)] X 2
Light jelq (maybe 5 min)
Kegels while driving and sitting, etc.

I am about one month into PEing so no hanging, etc. I would appreciate any suggestions or additions to my above routine. Thank you for your time.

In short, stretching only is fine, go for it, stretch as often as you can. If you get time to jelq too, do it, it can only help. But if only stretching is all you can do for the time being, then thats fine, but make sure you do as much as you can, but dont go crazy.

You can’t stretch too much, but you CAN stretch too hard.

There are lots of guys that have gained plenty of length only by stretching.

The biggest problem is that normally your dick is stronger than your grip and your grip gives out first :D
