I’ve been doing pe for a while now and I have seen a 0.15” increase in my bpel. My flaccid length has always been very variable so difficult to know if I’ve gained in that department.

I’ve also been taking bone pressed stretched length measurements and have seen a whole inch increase in this measurement.

I’ve not seen much reference to stretched measurements or how they correlate to gains in flaccid or erect length, does anyone else take stretched measurements and does anyone know if gains in stretched length are a good indicator to what gains can be expected in erect length?

Aim: nbpel 8, eg 6

I would say that if your stretched length is starting to gain that`s a good indicator that PE is working. I haven`t measured, (and I don;t plan to except for once a month) but I can notice my stretched length getting longer than it ever has been so I think it would definitely spill over to the erect length as well.

Did you do mainly stretching kind of exercises? I definitely think flaccid stretched length is an indicator for an increase in BPEL, it might be good to try and add some light-medium girth exercises/more jelqing really slowly into your routine to see if that changes anything in BPEL.

I’ve been doing a starter routine from another site; some stretching, jelqing (now up to 150), a massage and kegels.

I’m happy with my progress so far as I’ve had a bit of growth and am getting stronger erections just wondered if these stretched measurements mean anything?

I measured this morning for a warm up experiment with another thread and my stretch gains turned into erect gains so yes, they do mean something!! :)
