Hi gents,

After I do BTC stretches I’m long, loose and look like I’ve been worked lengthwise. Great. But when I do tunica focussed stretches I’m not like that at all. I’ve been doing SU stretches and Bennett8’s 12 point stretches for the tunica.

Should I be long and loose after tunica stretches too?

I’ve done other PE before but not a manual stretch routine. Just want to make sure I’m being effective.

BTC does have the added benefit of warmth, which might contribute to looseness and floppiness. Plus, the position is an additional stressor. Straight-out stretches: you can’t get enough power behind them.

Yeah, I’ve found BTC to be an awesome stretch. Wish I’d been doing it right from the start! Imagine doing a girth exercise and having no expansion afterwards. That’s what I feel like after the tunica focused stretches. Maybe I’ll just do the BTC stretches for a while and see how I go.

I’ve been a hard core BTC stretcher for months at a time, the last 2 years. 2-3 hours a day. One of the main benefits of BTC, at least for me, was I gained approximately .75” in base girth.

All my gains stalled for quite some time. So I’m coming off a 2 month decon. I’m hoping gains start again. I will gradually work back to the hours a day, BTC stretching, I believe it’s a very beneficial stretch for length and base girth.

Wow, .75 inch base girth gain sounds crazy. What did you gain in length from BTC stretches whilst gaining .75 base girth? I’m curious of the ratio.

And if I tried to stretch for 3 hours a day I reckon my arms would fall off or my dick would run away. Hopefully you’ve got some good gains from all that effort!

I can’t really say all my gains have come from BTC stretches, because I’ve been PEing for almost 3.5 years. Meaning, manual stretching, jelqing, clamping & pumping.

I’ve gained a total of .625” BPEL, & .375” MEG.

When I started PE, my base girth was less than mid shaft, about 4.5”. The first 1.5 years or so, although gaining (slowly) base was always a little smaller than mid shaft. At that point and time is when I decided to try BTC stretching as much as possible. Its also about the same time I bought a pump.

But I truly believe my gains came from the BTC stretching. The reason, I believe this is because of all my stretching actually brought out a lot of the inner penis. Now, my BEG is always .25” bigger than MEG. It’s easily bigger visually and by feel bigger than MEG. That was never the case at any point in my life prior to the BTC stretching. I can also tell it’s the inner penis has come out, because if I bend my flaccid penis in any direction, the top half will easily bend. But the bottom half holds firm. (Doesn’t bend) It’s hard to explain, but the base base is always bigger and firmer than the top half. Hope that all makes sense to you!

Also, I would say about half of my .625” BPEL gain, came from BTC stretching. Again that’s just an estimate, because I was still actively doing other methods of PE.
