I was just wondering if this was a positive thing I noticed while stretching… Months ago when I started doing them, I could use really little force, when I pulled just a bit harder, I used to get aches or strong aches above my penis after the workout and day later. Now, after doing stretches for a long time, I can do many reps and use much more force than I used to without getting hurt.

Is this a positive sign? Did something become more stretched? Any similar experiences?

I guess it could be both good and bad. Probably your cock has get conditioned for more intense PE. But it can also mean that the tissue has become less able to get those newbie gains.

It’s a good thing. You have become more conditioned and you can handle more time under tension, without small injuries on the glans. Try not to squeeze the head of the penis with your grip.
