Stretching 1 way makes the opposite lack

Ok. I have had much trouble finding my LOT but that is not my question so can no one comment on ways to find my LOT please. My question is, say for example I have a low LOT that would mean I would benefit from stretching at high angles. If, by me, stretching ALSO at low angles will this benefit me positively or negatively? So far, I stretch in all angles but I wondered if I’m stretching one way, then another, does it make my PE pointless?

My thoughts. If you’re gaining stick with what you’re doing. If not, choose an angle to focus on.

Cool, I’ll stick with what I’m doing for now and see how it goes. I’ll switch up maybe mid march(if I need to), this should give me hopefully a good enough period to see if I’m benefiting or not. Thanks hobby.

Yeah, don’t get into the mindset that LOT is a rule. It’s more of a guideline. Bottom line is do what works and what feels the best.
