Stretching 1 way makes the opposite lack
Ok. I have had much trouble finding my LOT but that is not my question so can no one comment on ways to find my LOT please. My question is, say for example I have a low LOT that would mean I would benefit from stretching at high angles. If, by me, stretching ALSO at low angles will this benefit me positively or negatively? So far, I stretch in all angles but I wondered if I’m stretching one way, then another, does it make my PE pointless?
