Stretching Duration
Hello guys, long time lurker, first time poster.
I have a question for those more knowledgeable than myself. We know what the tunica and ligaments are made of, from research I’ve done stretching those types of tissues doesn’t require the duration recommended in many of the these routines. Why is this form of stretching so much more intense then other parts of the body composed of similar components? Would you be able to achieve similar results with less duration (30s-1.5min) and have less risk of developing scar tissue? Has anyone tried this before ?
