Fairly new at this and wondering how hard I can stretch. Don’t want to pull anything off ;)

Depends how long you hold but it should never cause discomfort you don’t really need to yank it off to get good lig work.. Duration is the key

At least start slowly. When needed, increase duration and then later the force.

Hard enough… Not hard enough to cause pain or discomfort. But not so light it’s a waste of time. The strength I pull with now is insane compared to when I started. At first my cock HATED being stretched. Now it craves it, loves a good deep stretch. I just always avoided pain.

Thanks guys. I guess that doesn’t really matter now since my Quick Extender Pro came in the mail today. That device replaces stretching right?

I think the answer to that is ‘no’ but others more experienced will clarify. I’ve just started PE and only use an extender (which obviously stretches the penis under a constant tension) however manual stretching is different.

Manual Stretching

Some use manual stretching complimented with an extender as part of their routines.

Extenders/hanging would stretch the ligaments faster than manual and make the penis hang lower, but I doubt it is as effective for stretching the tunica. The difference between effective and ineffective tunica stretch can be a matter of slight changes in pressure, grip, angle, force, duration, flaccidness, it’s a constant matter of adjustment to find the right spot at the right moment which targets the part of the tunica that is ready to loosen up. For example today I had to loosen up the base of the shaft first to access the inner penis and only then I could stretch effectively the central part of the shaft. If I let a device simply pull straight or down for me, I’m 95% certain it wouldn’t loosen up the base and unlock the rest today, only pulling for nothing.

Noob question: what’s the tunica?

It’s the fibrous envelope of your shaft, which determines its max dimensions. It’s not accurate to say that but you can think your penis as a muscle inside of a tendon. The tunica is the ‘tendon’.

OK glad I am not crazy. When I do my manual work I feel like it feels so freaking good to pull up. Not sexual at all but just like a really nice stretch. Sometimes just sitting around it feels like it needs to be stretched and stretching it is like itching your sock line after a long day in dress socks.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I’ve been stretching now for 3 or 4 weeks and I’m doing it for 10 to 15 minutes twice a day. Does that sound about right?

I also have a Quick Extender Pro which I’ve been using for about 2 weeks. After a brief adjustment period, I’m now up to 8 hours a day in 2 to 3 hours segments. Does that sound good?
