Hi guys

I do PC kegels, Jelqing and hotwrap.
Started at 1 April.

And live healty, but i dont know what would be te best moment/time to add manuel stretching to my program ?

Is it better to do it right from the start, or is it better to add it later to the PE program ?


short term goal:: 5.5" long term goal:: 6"

Manual stretches aren’t considered an advanced exercise, unlike uli’s/squeezes/hanging. Doing manual stretches from the start, along with jelqs would be fine. Just start with something simple like 5-10mins of manual stretches, then work up slowly to adding more time and intensity.
