It’s been years since I really tried PE. I’m thinking about basically doing a stretch only routine. I don’t like the risks associated with jelqing (although I might include about 5 minutes of very light pressure and not very hard erection). I only really care about adding length. Just wondering what the results are like on a stretch only routine? And it’s there a routine I should start with and where should I ultimately end up routine wise (type of stretches and amount of time per day)?

Yes. I, and I’m sure others as well, do almost exclusively stretching.
I think the claim that extender manufactures make about a 10% length gain are easily achievable for nearly anyone. I’ve gained more than 10% length in a year of extender use.

X4 Labs recommendation is up to 4 hours per day. Mayo Clinic says 2 half hour sessions per day, though they’re treating a disease rather than just looking to increase size.

Now, I also do a little light jelquing and occasional pumping to promote both maintenance of girth as well as vascular growth. But I don’t think it’s entirely necessary. I made most of my gains in the first few months, before adding those things.

could you please share your usage, log, hours per day, hours per milimitre, tension, total hours, total gains, etc?
