Stretching Only
It’s been years since I really tried PE. I’m thinking about basically doing a stretch only routine. I don’t like the risks associated with jelqing (although I might include about 5 minutes of very light pressure and not very hard erection). I only really care about adding length. Just wondering what the results are like on a stretch only routine? And it’s there a routine I should start with and where should I ultimately end up routine wise (type of stretches and amount of time per day)?
