I’ve been PEing for 2 months and have had no gains but I don’t expect them so soon. My question is what is the proper way to stretch. I grab just under the head and pull, but I just read instructions for someone to grab a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch below the head. Which is the proper way?

Either way. It just depends on what feels more comfortable to you. I grab about 1/2 inch below the head because it feels better to me.
