Stretching Time Please Help
Is stretching for 50 minutes to long? Like if I did 10 minutes right, 10 minutes up, 10 minutes left, 10 minutes down, 10 minutes A Stretch. If I did that with a 3 minute break in between every set, is that 2 much in one session. Also could I do this every day? I Jelq 2 on 1 off routine, but can I do that stretching routine every day? Thanks
