Stretching Time Please Help

Is stretching for 50 minutes to long? Like if I did 10 minutes right, 10 minutes up, 10 minutes left, 10 minutes down, 10 minutes A Stretch. If I did that with a 3 minute break in between every set, is that 2 much in one session. Also could I do this every day? I Jelq 2 on 1 off routine, but can I do that stretching routine every day? Thanks

I would say it’s okay. I do a stretching routine for about and hour every other day. Are you holding your stretches for 10 minutes each? I used to do it that way too, but found that it’s easier to switch after about every 30 seconds, and to continuosly go through it. If you want to do it everyday and jelq 2 on and 1 off I’d say it’s up to you. It sounds okay to me.

Yea I hold it for 10 min straight, Iam thinking about going like this
3 minutes right, 1 minute break
3 minutes up, 1 minute break
3 minutes left, 1 minute break
3 minutes down 1 minute break
3 minutes right, 1 minute break
3 minutes up, 1 minute break
3 minutes left, 1 minute break
3 minutes down 1 minute break
3 minutes right, 1 minute break
3 minutes up, 1 minute break
3 minutes left, 1 minute break
3 minutes down 1 minute break

That would be 9 minutes each way then I would do
1 minute right
1 minute up
1 minute left
1 minute down
For a total of 10 minutes each way

Then to finish off I would do 5 minutes A stretch, 2 minute break 5 more minutes.

Looks a lot better. Less is more is 9 times out of 10 for PE. Just watch you dont overstretch.

I have experimented with doing one stretch for over a minute versus doing short 30 second stretches. I would advise against it because your hand will get tired and the pressure of your stretch will diminish over time. That’s why I switched to doing short 30 second stretches. That’s just my advice for you jack 1234.
