Stretching Upwards Causes Turtling
Hello, first time poster and long time lurker here. I’ve been doing PE for 6 months now and gained 1.3 inches (started at 6.7 inches). At pegym someone said I should stretch upwards for better tunica gains. However after stretching upwards I turtle badly for a while. What causes the turtling from upwards stretching, or am I just being delusional? I read the turtling is caused by tightening of the pelvic floor muscles or possibly even nerve damage. Any idea on what causes the turtling effect? Also should I stop stretching upwards as it doesn’t seem to do much.
