Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if cutting the ligaments will result in lowering the erection angle? I was wondering if someone had it done and noticed any change in that respect or know what the effect will be.

As described in my other post I have a very high erection angle and it makes it difficult if not possible to have sex in certain positions. In others it’s just not comfortable for my wife and myself.

Please do not risk getting your ligs cut. The are a ton of horror stories and the length increases are not much. Many lose proper functionality of their Dick which is losing the main goal of having a Dick.

From what I have read on cutting the suspensory ligaments you are as likely to loose length as to gain length. In your case you are interested in greater degree of movement but you do need to understand the risk of reduced length.

I believe the recommended process post surgery is to use an extender or to manually hang to pull the penis out. Stretching exercise may also be recommended.

So you can start stretching plus other PE activity focused on stretching your ligaments, or you can have surgery to cut your ligaments and then stretch and do PE activity to keep your penis from retracting and ideally gain some length.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I’m not so much interested in gaining length (wouldn’t hurt) but lowering the erection angle is my priority. I have been using an extender, at first simple noose one then switched to penimaster always pointing downwards. Clocked in 420 hours so far but I haven’t noticed any change in the angle. If anything my erections are even harder which means the angle is even worse(more upwards).
I guess the extender just isn’t enough to stretch the ligs?
Do you guys can recommend any routine specifically for downwards stretching? I.e. How many, how long?

I inadvertently lowered my erection angle with downward stretching (wish I had known about that ahead of time as I liked my higher erection angle!), so I definitely think you should start with that for a few months before ever considering getting those ligaments cut. They provide stability for the base of your penis. Without them, the risk of injury during sex increases significantly. I don’t even want to think what that will result in long term when you get older…

Use lots of heat when stretching and hold the stretches for at least 30 seconds at a time.

I do attribute half of my gains to using a vacuum hanger with low weight for about 30 min ALMOST EVERY DAY for several months. I got the LG hanger and worked up from 2.5lbs to 5 lbs over the course of 4 months, but my erection angle did not change from hanging.

BUT, before you drop that chunk of change learn how to do a fowfer while laying on your side in bed, then just use that as a base to do BTC every day for month and see how that feels. With the other hand use a “hot” rice sock to push heat directly onto the S. Lig. while stretching.

Please don’t even consider surgery. Spend that money on gadgets, or a big fat cock sleeve so heavy that your erection angle gets pulled down. But don’t let anyone with a blade or syringe near your dick. Please.

How far down can you actually point your member? Is it further than before your erection angle lowered down?

I just want to clarify what I’m after here because I feel like there is a bit of ambiguity here. Currently I’m unable to point my member down even 90 degrees (straight out).When I’m not pressing on it, it’s pointing pretty much straight up. If I press it down really hard I get to maybe 80 degrees. So all I want to be able to point it down to at least 90 degree without much effort - don’t really care where it points when I’m not pressing on it. Of course those two things may be related.

You got me thinking with that fat cock sleeve.. So far I’ve been using an extender pointing downwards hoping that it will lower the angle, but no luck so far. Would I not get the same effect using whatever you refer to as a fat cock sleeve? I assume it would act as a constant weight attached to my member pulling it down with gravity. Correct me if I’m wrong but I always thought that you can only use cock rings while having an erection?

I attribute my lower erection angle to straight down totally flaccid stretches.

My erection angle prior to PE was a bit above 90 degrees, maybe another 20-30 degrees above horizontal when I’m standing, and now it’s about 20-30 degrees below horizontal.

I think you should be able to get to where you want using manual stretches over a few months, but I think heat + holding the stretch longer than 30 seconds is key in order to permanently lengthen the ligaments.

I strongly caution you to go too far, as it’s irreversible, and I think there is definitely a sexual benefit to having an erection angle higher than 90 degrees, especially combined with an upward curve, as long as it’s not uncomfortable in the sexual positions you enjoy.

P.S.
Unlike enlarging the other tissues of the penis, lengthening ligaments is an established science that has been in practice for a long long time. The medical community understands the mechanism behind stretching and permanently lengthening ligaments. The same can NOT be said about any of the other penis tissues, even though we have a lot of anecdotal evidence of that on these forums.

I was the same until I was in my late 20s. In my teens I even wondered how I’d ever be able to have sex with a penis that didn’t want to point anywhere other than at my chin!

Thanks for the input fireboat. Unfortunately I’m in my late 30’s, 37 to be exact and I still have a rock hard erections which is obviously nothing to complain about. But on the other hand it doesn’t help the angle situation, as you most likely know yourself, the harder it is the more it points upwards.

How did you go about having sex with such a high angle, if you don’t mind me asking? The choice of positions is very limited as far as I see it.
