The 5-10 minutes of stretching on newbie routine - best ones to use?
I am in week 5 of my PE experience, and I’m doing a review of everything I’ve done up to now.
In terms of pre-jelq stretching, when doing the ‘5 minutes’, up to now I’ve simply copied the 5 exercises from the video, assuming that was what was intended. In other words, 30 seconds downward, then up, then down-right, then down-left, then the rotary stretch. Repeat, and my 5 minutes is up.
I can’t help thinking I could be doing this in a more productive way and that I wasn’t supposed to simply follow those 5 exercises in that order. So it’d be great if somebody could tell me the best stretches for a newbie to do in that 5-10 minute period. 30 seconds of what, followed by what, etc.

STARTING STATS - 02/02/2015: BPEL 7.6 --- MEG 5.25 --- 5.25" with semi erection; but 5.16 MEG with 100% boner; BEG 5.47
CURRENT - 13/03/2015: I had to check a few times, but I'm pretty sure I got a genuine BPEL 7.8!! Will check girth again in a couple of weeks
GOAL: BPEL 8.50 --- MEG 5.5 --- BRING IT ON! (I've revised my goals for the time being; maybe I was being too ambitious too early on)
