I want to make the perfect routine for PE.

I have a pump and I jelq, I’m thinking of buying some pills too (as long as they are delivered in a discreet package. I do PE at night, when springing erections half way though is less probable

So if I’m on pills (can anyone suggest any) and then have 10 mins of pumping, then ten minutes of jelqing then another ten of pumping and maybe finish it off with some stretches

Is that a good routine, I’m most concerned about length, I have a good enough thickness

Waste of money.

Skip the pumping until you want girth or your length gains slow up.

Start on the newbie routine. Go for stretches that attack the ligs (think downward).

I would think that they would at least add nourishment to the PE process

The “perfect PE routine” is the one that works FOR YOU.

Pills dont work. Says who? How about the lawsuit against the pill companies because they dont work?

I think you need to search on routines. If your a newbie (which it sounds like) then do the newbie routine.

Rushing into things, and being overexhuberant, will lead to disappointment and/or injury.

There is evidence of increased circulation/horniness and that may help if you have trouble sustaining an erection.

The cheapest way to get this effect though is to buy L-Arginine powder or buy something like Male Response which is approx £5 a bottle if ordered from the US (keeping under the £15 custom limit). Male Response and a lot of penis pills contain yohimbe making everyday use a bad idea for the heart.

Yeah Daniel Start with a good warm-up and then do some stretches first. But be careful when you stretch not to grip the shaft to tightly. Read the jelqing and stretching 101 Article. The newbie routine can give you some good gains and get your unit into good shape for future exercises.

Start slow. Trust me, it’ll help you in the long run. If your too eager, you will only end up damaging your penis, forcing you to take a long break to recover. In the end, you’ll waste more time.

Penis pills don’t work.I have tried Vig-rx for 4 months.NADA ! Lost money.I even tried Prosolutions.2 months NADA.the only thing I felt was that tangling sensation on my penis.

Read up in the hanging forum for length gaining. Heat and hanging is what you want to do. Don’t waste you’re money on pills. Jelqing and pumping would be to gain girth not length.
