The perfect routine
I want to make the perfect routine for PE.
I have a pump and I jelq, I’m thinking of buying some pills too (as long as they are delivered in a discreet package. I do PE at night, when springing erections half way though is less probable
So if I’m on pills (can anyone suggest any) and then have 10 mins of pumping, then ten minutes of jelqing then another ten of pumping and maybe finish it off with some stretches
Is that a good routine, I’m most concerned about length, I have a good enough thickness
