Hey guys I tried to search for the answer to my question but no luck. I ran across a therma care heat wrap under the sink today and decided to see how it would fit for 8 hours of constant heat. Turns out it fits perfect and has adhesive on both ends which keeps it secure. Today is my day off so I thought constant heat would be beneficial to healing. Also after a workout would seem to be a good idea also. Ok to sleep with it? Just wanted some thoughts on this. Any reason why I should not do this? Thanks

Ha ha! Yea thought about that. When I sit I lean it over onto my thigh so my balls won’t get warm. 😉 And it is surprisingly not very warm on the outside. Just the inside around the shaft.
