Pre-made vacuum products are available here: Autoextender Penis Enlargement Device but pretty expensive. You can read about this site on the review section of Thunder’s. Alternatively you can try to fashion your own but I can’t tell you anything about it, do a search if you’re interested (advanced search for titles in case you’re not getting good results).

IR heat penetrates quickly into deep tissue to warm all parts affected quickly and completely, so for a start it makes for a very easy (and dry) warm up. Of more interest, I believe, is its application in actual gaining. There have been studies to show collagen will plastically deform if heated in an elongated state and then allowed to cool while still in that elongated (stretched) state. Some, including myself, have applied this principle with great success in the length department and I suspect it also to be useful in girth development.

If you never did more than 10 minutes, increase gradually and work your way up, you don’t want to tear your dick off. :)

I can hold the stretch for anywhere between 1 and 6 minutes at a time, depending on how good my grip is that day, then I switch hands.

Cleaning your penis and hands before stretch will greatly aid your grip.

Well, the dick didn’t come off. Ha, ha. Be proud of my dick stretching. I did 2 sets of 30. But I also didn’t read your above quote until now. My stretches probably weren’t as intense as yours because I went hands free, lying down, pulling being from legs stretched out and back behind me. Sounds like yours is a hand tug of war for about 6 minutes. I’ll start tonight with tug war for less time.

Shouldn’t they call this the “nutcracker” instead of the ” btc.” my nuts get smashed between my thighs doing this stretch. Not the most comfortable. Maybe my nuts don’t hang as low as some, but any suggestions on reducing the nut cracked effect?

I looked at the website. Ya, $140 is an investment, but I think it’s worth it. I’m going to do my research like you suggested and I’m definitely interested in the ir heat. Especially since firegoat said the cum loads aren’t affected. At first I thought he was saying my balls were going to be like the x-ray machine at the hospital. No metal shield no working balls.

No brand, they are all pretty much the same, except the vac-type which is what is considered most comfortably.

On a scale of 1 to 10, if 1 is no stretch, 8 is uncomfortable, 9 is painful and 10 is tearing your dick off, I use 7. :) It’s important not just to perform the stretch, but to feel the stretch as well.

As for balls, they hang low when I’m not aroused so each goes to its own side, sometimes they get in the way but that’s easy to fix.
