Don’t feel badly. I didn’t understand the stretching remedy either and I would call myself “fluent” in the English language. In fact, it is the ONLY language in which I am fluent. Also, I am far from “retarded”.

I curve to the left. Not slightly but moderately.

Do you think that it would hasten the straightening process if I ceased all stretching to the left and just did right, up and down, helicopters, etc.?

I have the penis rotated and slightly bent to the left. I just started with PE and I will do the stretches as you said; focusing more on the tighter ligament.

Very nice drawing btw.

Curved To Left

I masturbate twice a day by rubbing my penis on bed…my penis shape has changed.. It has bent towards left like a banana…is there any cause due to bent penis? How can I get a straight penis?

I do not think you should stop to stretch to the left, just give priority to the right side. I’d say 70~80% priority.

I would need more illustrations. Like you, illustrations are far more helpful than descriptions for me as well.

Sorry if my English was not 100%, it is not my native language.

I agree with you about the illustrations, but the images I saw was from the medicine University’s library I visited, the book has copyright and I do not want trouble with those people.

Great information and thanks for taking the time to write it out. I have a slight rotation to the left as well. However so, I don’t recall having this years ago. I wonder if it’s a result of the way I used to masturbate (preference for my softer left hand).

Hey, great thread c3ifador, took me some time to find. I also have a slight curve to the left and it doesn’t appear to be from the shaft. I usually measure along that curve going down on my shaft down curve for an “exaggerated bpel” measurement in order to really see if I am gaining…thx for getting this cleared up, I was also wondering why it is like that

Rotated Penis? Unbalanced Ligaments? Lack of Gains through Manual Routine?

I’m a bit confused here regarding which side to be stretching. I understand the basic concept of stretching the ligament that is tighter - but the way this rotation works (one side’s ligaments being higher than the other) would seem to affect things a bit, no? Let me explain:

Looking down from my perspective, I rotate to the left. I do not have a bend in the shaft. Instead, the entire penis is straight, but it rotates as a whole over towards the left.

In addition to this, the erection seems to point off to my left a bit. However it seems that this is because of the rotation, pulling everything down and to my left. If the rotation to my left was fixed, I suspect the erection would no longer point to my left either.

So looking at image #2 from the original post (which would need to be flipped for my case, as I rotate to my left side, and this image rotates to the right side), it seems as though the rotation is caused by the longer and looser ligament. So in my case, the left side ligament would be longer, looser, and hang lower, therefore the left side of the penis sort of “falls” down in that direction, and the entire penis then rotates down and towards the left.

So with this in mind, the conventional knowledge is to stretch the ligament on the tighter side. If my left side ligament is looser and hangs lower, then naturally that would mean my right side ligament is both tighter and higher. That implies that the right side ligament is what needs to be stretched, so that it may loosen up and hang as low as the left (balancing the height of both sides and hopefully alleviating the rotation).

This is what leaves me confused. To stretch my tighter right side ligament, I would need to stretch towards my left. However this seems a little strange, as now I’d be stretching towards the side that my penis rotates to, and the side that my erection slightly points to. Everyone constantly says the opposite, that we should “stretch away from the side that you point to”.. But in the case of rotation, you’re pointing to the left not because your left side is tighter, but rather because it is so much looser that it hangs lower than the right side ligaments, and therefore the entire penis sort of “rolls” or “rotates” down and to the left.

So if this is the case, then wouldn’t I not want to follow the conventional advice of “stretching away from the side that you point to”? As following that advice would make me stretch towards the right, therefore lengthening the left side ligaments even further (which are already too loose)? It makes sense to me that the right side ligaments are higher and tighter, therefore they are the ones that need to be stretched and loosened. However that means I need to stretch towards the left (to put the stretch on the right side ligaments), and it does seem a bit odd to be pulling towards the side that you already rotate / point to.

Can anyone help clear this up for me? Thank you in advance!

The answer to your confusion is the image 2 and 3 This is why you should CHANGE now the side of your stretch.. This is just a matter of visualization.

If you have a rotation to the left this means that the lagging ligament side is your right. So you should stretch against the right side of your penis, that would mean the left side for at least 70% of the time of your stretching routine.

Okay, now this is what made more sense to me. If the rotation is to the left, then the right side is tighter and those right ligaments need more stretching - therefore stretch the right side by pulling towards the left.

I guess it just seemed atypical since I’ll be pulling towards the side that I rotate / point to (the left).. And so many people say to stretch away from the side that you point to. But in the case of rotation we are pointing in that direction (left) because those left side ligaments are loose, not tight. So I guess I just need to overcome the mental confusion that I’m pulling towards the side I already point to, haha.

Thanks for clarifying this and I’m glad I understood correctly. I’ll be pulling towards the left around 70% of the time, in attempt to stretch out the right side ligaments and correct the rolling / pointing to my left. Thank you again!
