I’m a bit confused here regarding which side to be stretching. I understand the basic concept of stretching the ligament that is tighter - but the way this rotation works (one side’s ligaments being higher than the other) would seem to affect things a bit, no? Let me explain:
Looking down from my perspective, I rotate to the left. I do not have a bend in the shaft. Instead, the entire penis is straight, but it rotates as a whole over towards the left.
In addition to this, the erection seems to point off to my left a bit. However it seems that this is because of the rotation, pulling everything down and to my left. If the rotation to my left was fixed, I suspect the erection would no longer point to my left either.
So looking at image #2 from the original post (which would need to be flipped for my case, as I rotate to my left side, and this image rotates to the right side), it seems as though the rotation is caused by the longer and looser ligament. So in my case, the left side ligament would be longer, looser, and hang lower, therefore the left side of the penis sort of “falls” down in that direction, and the entire penis then rotates down and towards the left.
So with this in mind, the conventional knowledge is to stretch the ligament on the tighter side. If my left side ligament is looser and hangs lower, then naturally that would mean my right side ligament is both tighter and higher. That implies that the right side ligament is what needs to be stretched, so that it may loosen up and hang as low as the left (balancing the height of both sides and hopefully alleviating the rotation).
This is what leaves me confused. To stretch my tighter right side ligament, I would need to stretch towards my left. However this seems a little strange, as now I’d be stretching towards the side that my penis rotates to, and the side that my erection slightly points to. Everyone constantly says the opposite, that we should “stretch away from the side that you point to”.. But in the case of rotation, you’re pointing to the left not because your left side is tighter, but rather because it is so much looser that it hangs lower than the right side ligaments, and therefore the entire penis sort of “rolls” or “rotates” down and to the left.
So if this is the case, then wouldn’t I not want to follow the conventional advice of “stretching away from the side that you point to”? As following that advice would make me stretch towards the right, therefore lengthening the left side ligaments even further (which are already too loose)? It makes sense to me that the right side ligaments are higher and tighter, therefore they are the ones that need to be stretched and loosened. However that means I need to stretch towards the left (to put the stretch on the right side ligaments), and it does seem a bit odd to be pulling towards the side that you already rotate / point to.
Can anyone help clear this up for me? Thank you in advance!
