You must stretch the stiff ligament side for it to become elongated, so the penis will fall under the ligs, to achieve balance. All angles work all ligs, however if you stretch to the opposite angle of the lig, the closest to 180º, more efficient it will work the lig, so that is why I recommend to stretch to the side of the ROTATION.
I, for instance, resolved my rotation to the left this way. As I resolved my rotation problem I started having gains through hanging, which I never had before. Now I only have a curvature to the left and upwards and that is a tunica problem, not ligament.

I apologize for the typo/mistake, my penis is facing right because my right side is tight, not elastic like I wrote earlier

My left side is elastic and that’s why my penis is facing right.
