Time under tension VS Overdoing it, also strain questions

Hi guys I’m confused

I don’t know what to do, hanging too much is counterproductive (according to hanging 101, more of 4hrs in same angle could be negative)

But in the other hand it seems that long hanging sessions (but lower weight) could be better

Also, if strain is the mmm measure unit to see how effective was a routine, what should I do? Lets say

- If I want to get a strain of 3% everyday, should I hang until the desired strain is achieved? Or stop if that day routine only gave 2% of strain?

Also, how much strain should I aim for?

Basicly I’m confused in how much should I hang and how to properly use strain as a training measure
