Hello again everyone, I am just wondering. Can someone share to me their routine with sex (or masturbation) and PE? I am really struggling with the timing of the two.

I mentioned before that my EQ has gone up to 200 percent which is great. However, this makes me really horny throughout the week. I sometimes have sex with my girlfriend twice a day (even one time during my day off, three times!) and when I do this, I simply can’t get a good jelq routine properly. I mean this is great. However, I feel like I really want to jelq more than being horny.

So, probably the question is. Do you guys time your sex and PE routine properly? For me, I feel like sex is a bit difficult to schedule since when I get hard I just can’t resist but to fuck or wank it. At times, my erection is really really hard that it hurts. So, I really had to release my load. Good thing gf is supportive but I really want to know how you guys coped with it.

I have sex at a minimum of once a day, typically in the evenings. My PE, at times, as it is right now, is geared towards gaining expansion prior to sex. So my PE is almost always happening both after and before sex.

My greatest recommendation is to never pass on sex for PE. If you are one of those fortunate souls who has regular sex, then enjoy and make the most of that and mold your PE around it. Even if that means you need to make sacrifices or accommodations in your routine.

PE is second to love, family, business, friends, sex…..

I pump frequently and I have sex frequently and often pump just before sex.

As others have mentioned, I don’t put PE before sex. I did stop porn, which increased my libido and spontaneity. I also take a small dose of Viagra for PE.

We have sex on what breaks out to every two days, but generally it’s daily except for that time of month.

Oh interesting. With the small dose of viagra, does it not make you want to cum after PE? And does it not cause problem? And does it also not cause false assessment to physiologic indicators with regards with erection quality?

I weight lift as well so the supplements or dual purpose. BCAA or branch chain amino acids. Find a brand with the most amino acids listed and strength. Protein powder. Here is my personal list of supplements for overall health. Turmeric curcumin. Ginger. Vitamin D and E. Zinc Daily multi vitamin. Boron (not borax soap) 3 mg 3 times daily. Maca root powder. Horse chestnut. Fish oil. Niacin. One 325 mg coated aspirin.

The no sex for 5-7 days doesn’t bother me either. Arthritis slows activities down a little.

Well yes, it does work as intended, but I choose to save that for real sex. I’m edging when I use it so that I can maintain a quality erection and optimize my time in the cylinder. Thus far, I really like the results.

No problems so far, but I am concerned about long-term dependency. Because I workout so late at night when she’s asleep with the kiddos, it doesn’t really affect sex. She prefers morning sex anyway.

This is actually much better, in my opinion, than to use porn. In addition, you’re right, it is good for edging as well, which is very good for kegels and EQ. I think it is somehow in the middle where-in long-term use could eventually lead to being reliant to the drug and might end up in ED, or if kegels and more PE jelqs assisted by the pill could enhance your erections and gains even more. I would like to know more about the results mate!

I have checked the price here in the UK. It is about 2 pounds per tablet for a 25mg sildenafil. :( . Guess, I am not willing to spend that much for PE since I already have quality erections. However, can you cut down the 50mg tab? I think that will be cheaper if you buy a 50mg box then cut it to have more 25mg tablets?
