Hi I was wondering if there is a way to get rid of these tiny zit-like bumps that are at the bottom of the shaft of my penis.they don’t hurt at all and aren’t extremely noticeable but they bother me.. Some have hairs growing from them is there a substance that can get rid of it? I think it may be sweat glands because it is only where my penis rubs on my sac or leg but idk.any help?
It’s called Sebaceous Prominence and unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do to get rid of it since, as you say, it’s a matter of sweat glands under the skin, and not something forming on the surface.
