Hey you all,

I was hoping some of you could give me some tips on how I add my recently bought penis pump and penis stretcher to my routines.

I am now doing this routine:

10 min warm up with cloth
10 min manual stretches (incl s2s)
5 min jelq/stretching with grip from base moving up to shaft
10 min wet jelqing
After this I usually do some edging

I’ve started using the stretcher for 2-3 hours a day and been pumping 2x10 min sessions as well.

Any tips on how/what to improve?

Seems like a good start. What kind of stretcher and pump?

If it is an ADS, then low tension for long time (5 hours+), allowing breaks for recirculation seems to yield the best results.

If it is a high tension stretcher (similar to hanging with weights), I would recommend developing your own load - strain curve to find your optimum weight.

For the pump, I would see how your penis responds to your current routine (maybe like a month). If your retaining a lot of fluid, decrease the amount of pumping. Also, many people recommend getting a gauge if it doesn’t have one.

Last thing is heat. I used to use a cloth, but I eventually invested in a heating pad and did not regret it. Better heating for longer stretches and effectiveness.
