Tips for my routine wanted
Hey you all,
I was hoping some of you could give me some tips on how I add my recently bought penis pump and penis stretcher to my routines.
I am now doing this routine:
10 min warm up with cloth
10 min manual stretches (incl s2s)
5 min jelq/stretching with grip from base moving up to shaft
10 min wet jelqing
After this I usually do some edging
I’ve started using the stretcher for 2-3 hours a day and been pumping 2x10 min sessions as well.
Any tips on how/what to improve?
