Tips to improve erections

When I do get a full erection my penis still feels fairly soft, and I feel like it should be a lot harder. Any tips outside of kegels to improve this?

And make sure to get a good night’s rest. I’ve noticed (even before I started PE) that if I don’t get a good night’s rest, my penis won’t operate at 100%…

Good post! I notice a big difference between 8 hours of sleep and 7 hours of sleep. I remember taking a pill called trazodone (I believe that was it) and slept for 10 hours. I never felt better!

The quality of your erections and your libido is a good indicator of your overall physical health. Exercising and eating right will definitely help in that regard. Exercise also boosts testosterone levels.

On the subject of rest, it’s strange because the opposite is true with me. I’ve noticed that I get very hard and intense erections when I’m fatigued.
