Tissue Death Sets in after 20min

Tissue Death Sets in after 20min

I was reading CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know by Big Girtha

Ok a few questions

1,I’m using two silcone sheaths on my cock while wearing the traction device.
Does that constitute as a clamp?

2, Wear can I purchase these clamps in Canada?

3. In that thread Big Girtha states that tissue damage sets in after 20 minutes.
So should I only be wearing the Traction or doing PE for 20minute durations?

At 9 - 10 hours that would mean 20 sets of 20 min and 10 min rest.

?

I’m not sure which traction device you are using, but I’m sure it is not completely cutting off circulation. If it is you need to find another device. However the 20 minute rule is a pretty good safety margin for most clamp style hangers and extenders, but too long to stay in a CableClamp. With the new suction type hangers you can get by with these longer sets, but you still need to keep an eye on circulation (numbness and coolness)

No Nukes

I am using the AndroPenis.

What I do is wear a silicone sheath on the lower part of the shaft, pull back the skin and put on another silicone sheath. Ontop of everything I have a sheath with a bulbous head that I wear on the glans. I then put all that through the AndroPenis Noose.

I don’t seem to get any kind of discoloration(yet) or any real pain for about 30 - 60 min. I usually have to take it off after about 90 min.

I most that I notice is a little bit of coolness, and the slightest bit of off colour on the the head, that’s all.

Tomorrow I will try to wear the stretcher for 6 hours:
90 min, 30min break, 90 min 30 min break etc.

I wonder if I should do:
20min, 10min break, 20 min .. Etc.

BG, seeing as you are the clamp master, What do you think about cock rings?

I tried the AndroPenis, this is my thought on its prolonged use:

- Noose Designs

After a month I started developing minor abrasions, and the pain just got worse and worse. I had to take a 2 week break before starting PE again.

During that time, I got a replacement head from AutoExtender and haven’t looked back.

It’s much easier on the glans and it’s easier to put on since you don’t have to get it all together while under tension.

A word about AndroPenis: When I ordered, I gave them a unique email address (as I do everyone) on my server — since then I have received a truckload of SPAM and it continues to this day to that address. Penis Pills and other ‘medications’, mostly.

You’re a newbie, and shouldnt be clamping, seeing as you’ve only been at this a few days.
I’ve been PEing for a few days and need help

You need to follow the Newbie Routine for at least 3 months to condition your penis for the extreme pressures created by Clamping, otherwise you’re highly likely to be set back by an injury.

Gerrykjohnsons - that’s some funny artwork!

I’ve had the unit for less than a week, We’ll see what happens after a month.

I’m still looking into the AutoExtender. It would be another amount to pay out. On the other hand, I am modifiing the andropenis to be more comfortable. Silicone sheaths, etc..

Nevertheless, it is quite cumbersome to put on.

Regarding SPAM. I didn’t order the AndroPenis from sizegenetics or the hundreds of other BS companies. I paid very little for the unit, and have suffered no SPAM so far.

SLACK - yes I consider myself a newbie. My concern was simply the similarity of clamping and the clamping of the traction device.

Years ago I did try wearing rubber bands and cock rings for HOURS at a time. (Not a good idea). I have done some Jelqing about 15 years ago, unsuccessfully.

I’ve also been doing manual ULIs and clamps, usually after coming, for many months now, without even knowing what they were.

Honestly, I’m afraid to do any clamps, the way they are written, for the time being.

The time limit depends on how much blood circulation is reduced.

Extreme Ulis (circulation completely shut off), 10 minutes absolute maximum, and that’s pushing it. 8-9 minutes is probably a safer upper end.

Below EU’s is a spectrum of constriction degrees, all the way down to relatively loosely wrapped for girth, which if you get just right can be maintained for quite some time (with regular monitoring). The more circulation is reduced, the shorter the max time for each set.

Keep an eye on color, temperature and sensitivity. Don’t push the envelope.
