I try to do that here: Difference between OK Grip and V Grip Jelq (with pics!)

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

A picture’s worth a thousand words - thanks TG!

Dream big, however your mileage will vary...

Old thread I know but really useful info, especially for newbies.
I’d been jelqing with a strong ok grip, putting a lot of pressure on the CS in particular. My CS is huge at the base so I tried to push as much blood from the CS to the top. I didn’t realize this was rather dangerous and could cause injury.

I now jelq as described in this thread by focusing on the sides/CCs. Also trying out V jelqs using middle and pointer finger instead of the thumb, which works surprisingly well.

wait a second here and bear with me:

So You don’t release the bottom base of your shaft while you jelq meaning I have to hold an overhand OK grip at the bottom base of my shaft while the second hand can be an overhand grip going towards the glans, putting more pressure on the corpus cavernosa ?

My key takeaways from here is:
Don’t let go of the base while the second hand travels up the shaft towards the glans
Put more pressure on the Corpus Cavernosa instead of the CS and the Top where the Dorsal Vein is.

Am I right ?

That’s just what one guy in this thread is doing but generally you jelq with one hand (alternating with each stroke)
